This is a great snack idea for kids, you can change up the toppings anyway you like. Our recipe is below but some other ideas for toppings could include goji berries, dried cranberries, dark choc chips, mixed nuts, cottage cheese and grated carrot….the list is endless, be creative!
If your kids love peanut butter, they’ll love these……these are made with pure, natural peanut butter (look at the label, it should say 100% peanuts and nothing else), dates and other super nutritious ingredients and taste delicious.
These would be great for breakfast with extra fruit and yoghurt or a simple healthy snack. So quick and easy and yet flavoursome. Throw it together, mix in the bowl and bake for 25 minutes.
