I have been dying to find a satisfying porridge that’s not made from oats or stodgy. I played around with different nuts and seeds and fruit for ages then finally got creative with quinoa flakes, cashews (which make it super creamy) and chia seeds.
The instructions below are to make this porridge in a thermomix but you can blend the cashews in a food processor and make it in a saucepan on the stove if you don’t have a thermomix.
This porridge is full of nutrients, filing and warming. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do 🙂
