  1. Weigh cashews in the thermomix bowl and grind 7 seconds, speed 9.
  2. Add 250g of filtered water and blend on speed 7 for 1 minute.
  3. Add the quinoa flakes, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and cook at 70c for 4 minutes, reverse, speed 3.
  4. Spoon into bowls, add extra coconut milk if too hot or for a more runny consistency and add toppings.
