Blend the cauliflower until fine. Transfer to a large bowl and pour boiling water over and cover for 10 minutes. Drain and then squeeze out any excess water. Mix in the eggs, parmesan, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper and pack into a large ball. Grease a large pizza tray and spread the 'dough' out with your hands. Bake on 170 for about 25 minutes until browned lightly. Take the base out of the oven and add your toppings and bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
