Lets face it… winter is a time for hibernation… nights on the couch, less exercise and more comfort foods. Spring is the perfect time to break the cycle and reset for the warmer months. Come along and learn some simple tips on how you can improve your digestive health.

If you've been feeling tired and run down, prone to colds and flus, troubled by skin irritations, digestive issues, struggling with weight gain and sleep problems, then this workshop is for you!

We'll cover:

- An overview of digestive health, why it's so important and why everyone is talking about it
- Tips and tricks on how to optimise your health, shed your winter skin and improve your overall wellbeing.

For the last seven years I have been searching for optimal health and balance in my life after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 32. Since then I have suffered from fertility issues, depression, weight gain and stress. It has been a long journey for me with much learning and discovery. 2015 was a turning point in my life when I truly started to focus on me and my wellbeing. After completing a nutritional cleansing program, I started to discover the true benefits of digetive health and the incredible impact it had and could continue to have on my overall health and happiness. I am a Certified Health Coach, a wife and a mum and I'm on a mission to share my passion and knowledge with others and hope that I can empower women to take control of their own health and live the life they truly deserve.


After years of making ignorant food and lifestyle choices at the age of 32 I became extremely unwell. My symptoms ranged from severe IBS to skin issues, extreme fatigue and infertility. Out of desperation I saw numerous doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists and other professionals only to be left more confused and led down empty pathways. Finally in 2013 I decided to take my health back into my own hands and began turning my life around. I passionately created Gutsy Mums as a place to educate women and mums about the importance of digestive health. I am a Certified Health Coach researching queen, alternative thinker and advocate for wholefood and low toxic living.
