I love a good cracker with some guacamole and sauerkraut or sundried tomato and brie (special occasions of course!) but shop bought crackers are usually full of gluten, sugar and unhealthy fats. Finding a cracker that was crunchy and deliciously savoury was top of my list when I went gluten free. I wanted a cracker that was not only allergy-friendly but good for the gut too. Mixing seeds with psyllium husk and adding extra flavours like nutritional yeast (which gives it a cheesy flavour), onion and garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper make this beautiful cracker a mouth watering treat. Simple and easy to make, we love it!!
